Before law, Connor spent his early working years in the bar and restaurant industry — fast-paced, people-facing, and unforgiving of anyone who couldn’t think on their feet. It’s where he learned how to read a room, how to stay calm when things got tense, and how to communicate clearly under pressure. He believes in leaving things better than he found them, and that the work is done when it’s done, not when you’re finished with it. It’s the same mentality he brought with him to Activate Law.

Connor grew up in Columbia, Missouri, and has called Columbus, Ohio home since 2011. He recognizes the same hardworking, hands-on spirit in Activate’s clients that he grew up around — people building something real and looking for someone in their corner who gets it. Outside the office, he’s usually finding a new adventure with his wife, firing up the smoker, or spending time in his adopted home of Franklinton, USA.
